Join Our Kitchen Team
We are seeking to hire an experienced and talented Head Chef to manage all aspects of the kitchen operations including assisting with setting menus, organising staff and liaising with suppliers.
What you'll be doing in this role:
* Playing a crucial part in the leading, developing and inspiring of the wider kitchen team.
* Ensuring that Members and Guests receive excellent service and enjoy their culinary experience.
* Work closely with the Executive Chef in planning and implementing food and menus.
* Overall responsibilities for the kitchen's daily operations.
* Monitoring and controlling stock levels accordingly.
* Ensuring that kitchen staff adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen equipment and organising repairs when needed.
Who are we looking for:
* Significant experience in a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen environment.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a culinary team.
* Charismatic, creative and experienced at Head Chef level.
* Have a positive attitude and a professional and courteous manner.
* Someone with drive, ambition and flair.
* Highly motivated and possessing a sense of pride in your attention to detail.
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
