2. OTE: £44,000+
3. Working Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a high-performing team at a successful Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in F&I and a passion for providing tailored finance solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Manager:
9. Support customers throughout the sales process with finance options and funding solutions.
10. Manage a steady pipeline of finance leads and work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities.
11. Advise on relevant finance products in line with regulatory requirements.
12. Play a key role in driving finance performance across the dealership.
13. Act as the go-to point of contact for all F&I queries and processes.
What We’re Looking For in a Business Manager:
14. Proven experience in motor finance or a similar regulated sales role.
15. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding F&I targets.
16. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
17. A professional, consultative phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
18. Business Manager or Sales Manager experience would be a strong advantage.
19. Solid knowledge of financial products and FCA regulations.
