National Account Manager – Grocery (ASDA or Waitrose)
London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Up to £58,000 + 20% Bonus + Healthcare
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing food brand with a £60m UK grocery business delivering consistent double-digit growth.
We're recruiting for two National Account Manager positions, managing either ASDA or Waitrose, reporting into experienced National Account Controllers within a high-performing commercial team.
This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious FMCG sales professional looking to take ownership of a major retail account within a business that combines entrepreneurial pace with established category and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop your customer account strategy
* Deliver sales, profit and market share targets
* Manage forecasting, budgeting and P&L performance
* Build strong relationships with buying teams
* Support pricing, promotional and joint business planning
* Work closely with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams
About You
* FMCG/Major UK Grocery account management experience
* Strong commercial and P&L understanding
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Passion for food and consumer brands
