Graduate Architectural Technologist

Up to £28K per annum
About the Role
* Assist in the production of technical drawings and details using AutoCAD and Revit, including plans, elevations, and construction details in line with industry standards.
* Support the development of CAD drawings from SketchUp models, surveys, and project information.
* Collaborate with team members and external consultants to produce design documentation for refurbishment and new-build projects.
* Assist in reviewing drawings and technical information to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
* Contribute to planning, building control, and statutory approval submissions.
* Support the preparation of specifications (including NBS) and tender documentation.
* Attend site visits, surveys, and project meetings to support project delivery.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with resolving design and construction queries (RFIs).
Candidate Profile
* A recent graduate in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
* Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with an understanding of technical drawing principles.
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods (academic or practical).
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
* Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
* Motivated to develop professionally and work towards CIAT accreditation.
