The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing all processes related to the supply chain, supporting the production department (aircraft maintenance) and provide assistance to cross-functional teams, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal inventory management.

Type - Permanent position
Salary - €30,000-€40,000 (DOE) + benefits
Key responsibilities for the Supply Chain Administrator role and not limited to:
* Plan and coordinate the procurement of parts, components, and materials required for aerospace production.
* Monitor orders, lead times, and quantities to ensure parts availability.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate delivery terms.
* Oversee the inventory of aircraft parts and components.
* Ensure optimal stock levels in terms of quantity, quality, and product turnover.
* Conduct regular audits to verify stock compliance and minimize discrepancies.
* Organize the transport of parts between various sites (warehouses, factories, etc.) and ensure timely deliveries.
* Source new service providers and draft contracts.
* Manage transport payments and invoices.
* Identify and monitor non-compliant parts.
* Handle returns and exchanges with suppliers or customers.
* Ensure all parts comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements (IATA standards, FAA certification, etc.).
* Manage the necessary regulatory documentation for part compliance (FAA Form 8130, EASA certificates, etc.).
* Analyze material and part requirements for upcoming projects.
* Develop forecasts based on production needs and adjust orders accordingly.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes.
* Identify solutions to reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase efficiency.
* Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure parts are available as needed.
* Communicate across departments to coordinate logistics activities.
Key skills and experience required for the Supply Chain Administrator role and not limited to:
* Experience in supply chain administration within the aerospace industry (or a similar sector)
* Proficiency with inventory management tools and order tracking systems
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
* Team-oriented, autonomous, detail-driven, and able to resolve issues efficiently
