Responsibilities
* Actingasagoodpracticeadvisor,coachandsubjectmatterexpertonindustryleadingprocessesandZellisrangeofsolutionsandservices,partneringwiththecustomertodevelopaOneTeamapproachtodeliveryandtoensurethatallactivitiesaredeliveredontime,atthehighestlevelofqualityandonbudget
* Managing,schedulingandcoordinatingallactivitiesassignedtoyousothattheyareundertakeninaccordancewiththerelevantplan,workingalongsideandinpartnershipwiththewiderZellisandcustomerprojectteam
* Completingtestingofanydeliverablesorsupportingactivitiesassignedtoyouaspartoftheimplementationplantothehighestlevelofqualityandwhereagreed,inlinewithallacceptancecriteria
* Supportingtheprojectorprogrammemanagerinfacilitatingtheprovisionofsoftware,infrastructure,supportingtoolsandappropriateresourcesforeachphaseoftheprojecttoensureallpre-requisitesandongoingsupportisinplace
* Anticipatingandmanagingongoingrisksandissues(includingmitigationandresolution),andensuringthattheyareescalatedtotheImplementationprojectorprogrammemanager(orZellisseniorleader)inatimelyfashion

* Experiencedeliveringonsmall,non-complexImplementation,software,advisoryorManagedServicescustomerswithsmall-mediumscaleemployeevolumes(under10,000EEsand£300kbudgets)
* SignificantexperenceimplementingHCMorPayrollsoftware
* SignificantunderstandingofPayrollprocessingandlegislation
* ProficiencyinZIPAPIs,connectorsandintegrationmethods
