About the Role
Are you enthusiastic about working with young people and supporting their education?
Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming secondary school in Blackwood area to recruit an Unqualified Teaching Assistant.
The role includes supporting students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges through the school’s Specialist Resource Base (SRB). You’ll deliver 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils develop coping strategies and achieve academic and emotional progress. Experience in SEN or behaviour support is an advantage.

* A willingness to learn and grow within a school environment
* Support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and other challenges
Requirements
Teaching Personnel can provide guidance to help you obtain:
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service
* Level 2 Safeguarding training
* At least two professional references covering 24 months
