About the role
Key Responsibilities:
4. Supporting IT needs internally and externally
5. Communicating with all UK sites IT teams
6. Setting up new colleague IT systems
7. Managing equipment register
8. Managing CCTV network for site
9. Coordinating office and facilities services
10. Managing maintenance of the building and carrying out environmental protecting tasks,
11. Arranging maintenance services
12. Assisting with HR duties
13. Basic accounting duties
14. Any other ad-hoc duties
About you
Candidate Expectations:
15. Confident knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
16. Ability to work independently but can work in a team when required
Working Days, Hours and Salary:
17. Monday – Friday
18. 8am – 4:30pm (some flexibility required)
