The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

* Lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
* Strategically manage key client relationships and expand business opportunities.
* Guide and mentor a talented team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering professional growth.
* Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects meet exacting standards of quality and innovation.
This is a role where your influence will be felt across the business – with the autonomy to make decisions, grow client accounts, and help steer the company’s continued success.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
* RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
* MRICS
* Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
* Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
* Excellent pre & post contract experience
* Strong communication and client facing skills
* Comfortable managing & mentoring a team
