Job Title- Occupational Therapist Band 6
Client- North Northamptonshire
Assignment length- 3 Months
Pay Rate: £39.00 per hour
Location- Thackley Green Specialist Care Centre, Kettering

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and Rehabilitation: Conducted comprehensive assessments and contributed to rehabilitation planning for patients at the Specialist Care Centre (SCC), ensuring individualised and goal-oriented care.
* Discharge Facilitation: Played a key role in planning and facilitating safe and timely patient discharges, coordinating closely with families and community services to support continuity of care.
* Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Collaboration: Actively participated in MDT meetings, collaborating with nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and social workers to deliver holistic, patient-centred care.
May occasionally be required to do home visits, working on site at Thackley Green Care Centre
