Based at the legendarySilverstone Circuit, the Silverstone Museum brings racing history to life through immersive exhibitions, iconic cars, and the stories of motorsport heroes. As we head into the busy summer season, were looking for an enthusiasticGeneral Assistant (Front of House)to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in their environment, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
The role As a Front of House General Assistant, youll be the friendly face of the café/restaurant space, helping to create a welcoming and well-run experience for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving guests confidently and warmly
Keeping the café/restaurant area clean, tidy, and well presented
Restocking counters and display areas
Working efficiently during busy periods
Supporting the team with whatever is needed on the day
Who were looking for Naturally great with people and confident communicating with guests
Able to work at pace when things get busy
A self-starter who takes initiative
High standards of cleanliness and organisation (a bit of a clean freak in the best way!)
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is helpful but not essential training will be provided.
