Role Overview
Always Win Limited is seeking a Volunteer Advisor to provide high‑level strategic and legal guidance. Operating in a personal capacity, you will act as a key sounding board for the Company’s directors, offering insights into regulatory frameworks and document reviews to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Guidance: Providing high‑level summaries and strategic insights as requested by the Company.
* Document Review: Reviewing legal and commercial documents to identify potential risks or improvements.
* Regulatory Insights: Providing guidance on regulatory environments and compliance matters.
* Intellectual Property: Contributing suggestions or improvements to the Company’s business, with the understanding that such IP is assigned to Always Win Limited.
* Communication: Consulting primarily via email, video conferencing, or instant messaging platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
* Legal/Strategic Expertise: Background in Law or strategic business consulting is required to provide "high‑level" guidance.
* Tech Literacy: Ability to work remotely using your own equipment and digital communication tools.
* Discretion: Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding source code, financial data, and client lists.
Terms of Engagement
* No Employment Contract: This role does not create a contract of employment, partnership, or joint venture.
* Remuneration: This is a strictly voluntary role; the Volunteer will not receive financial remuneration or fees.
* Expenses: The Company will reimburse pre‑approved out‑of‑pocket expenses.
* Flexibility: Either party may terminate the arrangement at any time for any reason.
Liability and Professional Status
* Personal Capacity: Guidance is provided in a personal capacity and does not constitute a formal solicitor‑client relationship. The Volunteer does not provide regulated legal services.
* No Liability: The Company’s directors retain sole responsibility for all final business decisions. The Volunteer is not held liable for actions taken based on their insights.
* Insurance: This role is not backed by professional indemnity insurance.
* Risk: The Volunteer performs services at their own risk regarding personal equipment and facilities.
Governing Law
This role and its associated agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
