The Role: In addition to consultant responsibilities, you will provide support, additional leadership and mediation to the team manager and team members whilst creating, supporting and driving the strategy of the team. In the absence of the team manager the ATM is able to efficiently run all aspects of the business and is responsible for team performance during that time.
