Manage and prepare legal documents related to Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
Maintain and organise client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Utilise office management systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven background as a legal secretary with good knowledge of wills and probate.
