Are you an IT Service Desk Analyst looking for your next challenge?
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading non-profit healthcare organisation. This role is perfect for an IT Service Desk Analyst who can provide desk side and remote desktop support to all end users across the organisation. You will be involved in the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of PC hardware, software, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to end users.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding of end users.
* Maintain IT assets.
* Identify and respond to customer requests
* Assist in the delivery of new IT projects and upgrades, including hardware and software rollouts.
* Log incidents and requests using helpdesk software.
