What we'll need you to bring
* Educated to SVQ3 or equivalent level is desirable, with at least 3 years of experience within the NHS.
* Good organisational and communication skills to work effectively with a variety of staff groups.
* Ability to work under constant pressure.
* Ability to compile and review figures.
* Knowledge of software systems.
Please note: For all vacancies requiring a driving licence, it must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
* Educated to National 5 level or equivalent.
* Experience with Trakcare, Clinical Portal, and Microsoft Office packages.
* Knowledge of NHS waiting times.
* Ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Resilience, motivation, and a positive outlook.
* Responsive to change.
Contract type
Fixed Term or Secondment for 6 months.
Part-time, 24.70 hours per week.
Please note: This is a part-time position with pro-rata salary. It is a fixed-term post for 6 months. For existing NHS staff applying as a secondment, written approval from their line manager is required before applying.
Location and Working Pattern
This role is based in Pre-assessment within University Hospital Monklands.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
