Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Advisor, located in Dewsbury. The succesful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts enquiries, managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer telephone enquires, keeping customers updated with special offers and outstanding orders.
Key Skills and experience required
* Customer Service
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Prior experience in automotive parts industry is essential
* Basic computer skills and experience with MAM Autopart would be an advantage
