Senior Business Analyst – Power Platform

Rate/Salary:
£65,000-£70,000 per annum + Car Allowance + 20% bonus
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis and requirements gathering across a broad portfolio of critical IT projects. These include business-critical applications and infrastructure services that support complex operations, key partners and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional experiences for end users.
You will play a key role in ensuring IT systems meet diverse functional needs while maintaining the highest standards of resilience and cyber security. Working with portfolio leads and external centres of excellence, you will lead a virtual BA team, providing strategic insight and delivering robust business solutions that generate real business value.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and influence IT capability.
* Own and direct all business analysis activities within a broad business domain, acting as the authorised signatory for key BA and requirements deliverables.
* Provide strategic analysis to shape the future IT capability, presenting well-considered options and recommendations to senior sponsors and project boards.
* Drive continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of BA services, leveraging internal and external resources effectively.
* Lead, develop and coach junior BAs to achieve team and individual objectives.
* Work across functions to create synergies and encourage collaborative working, transforming customer and stakeholder experiences.
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure requirements are delivered as resilient, secure IT solutions.
About You
* Significant experience in business analysis within a complex, multi-site environment.
* Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience leading and directing a virtual BA team across the supply chain, delivering a broad portfolio of work and responding to changing priorities.
* Deep understanding of business analysis practices and software delivery methodologies.
* Strong communication and networking skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence decision making.
* Experience of driving change through technology and mentoring/coaching junior team members.
* High energy, curiosity and enthusiasm, with a proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
