Role Overview
Provide friendly and professional customer service. Cross-train in various areas within the Administration Department, including Human Resources, clerical tasks, store expenses, receiving, file maintenance, inventory, and store audits. Perform duties with accuracy and contribute to an engaging environment for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources - Clerical
* Perform payroll and benefit functions
* Maintain workforce management information
* Assist with new hire onboarding
* Conduct food safety audits and OH&S inspections
* Manage disability claims administratively
File Maintenance
* Provide customer service
* Prepare maintenance updates and handle requests
* Maintain signage, pricing, and product integrity
* Generate reports and perform clerical tasks
Receiving
* Control receiving area and process inventory
* Maintain safety policies and vendor relations
Inventory
* Record and complete inventory counts
Administration
* Maintain SMART standards and perform administrative duties
Qualifications
* Basic math skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Kronos and SAP software
* High School Diploma
* Minimum three months of experience
