We’re hiring an Account Manager to drive commercial performance for our Amazon 1P business in North America. You’ll own revenue and TACOS targets and grow the business through strategic promotions, ads strategy and accurate forecasting — while managing the relationship with Amazon Vendor Managers and AVS teams for your region. This is a high-impact commercial role with full ownership of results. We are looking for candidates within the UK and outside of the UK. Key Responsibilities Deliver regional revenue and profitability targets Lead the commercial relationship with Amazon Vendor Manager & AVS teams Build and execute commercial roadmaps (promos, pricing, launches) Own regional Advertising strategy Drive forecasting inputs (promo uplifts, seasonal trends, launch projections, risk alerts) Monitor competitor activity and act fast Identify new opportunities (cross-category expansion, new ASINs, aggressive deal entry points) Coordinate with Project Manager and Sales Specialists for launch excellence and post-launch acceleration across the region Report weekly on performance and actions Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills, knowledge and expertise - Essentials Proven experience managing Amazon 1P vendor accounts (brand or agency side) Understanding of Advertising, promo mechanics and ideally forecasting Ability to communicate and negotiate with VM / AVS teams Data-driven mindset and commercial instinct — revenue and margin thinking Ownership mentality, urgency and ability to work at Amazon speed Experience collaborating across departments Skills, knowledge and expertise – Nice to have Category experience in consumer electronics or hardlines Benefits High-autonomy role driving real business outcomes Ownership of Amazon relationship Fast-moving team environment Generous annual leave entitlement Pension scheme Hybrid working options available Staff discount on products sold by inMusic (for personal use only)
