Job Opportunity: IT Support Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our well-established client in Wakefield.
MFK Recruitment has successfully recruited 42 IT professionals for this company over the past 5 years, with 30 still remaining with the company. It is an extremely ambitious organization that values individuals eager to progress and succeed.
Our client is an IT Managed Services company supporting the Education sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
2. Ensure service level agreement standards are met.
3. Complete admin paperwork and documentation promptly.
4. Keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.
5. Promote best practices and adhere to change control processes.
6. Plan and organize a weekly work schedule.
7. Review weekly scorecards with the Team Lead.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience using Windows Server and Active Directory.
2. Experience with Office 365 Admin.
3. Exposure to Cloud support.
4. Experience working with SLAs.
5. Experience in timekeeping and administration.
