Field Sales Executive

Area - Ipswich

THE ROLE OF FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE:

Due to the continued growth we now have further opportunities to join our exciting & ambitious business as a Field Sales Executive! In this role you will be responsible for gaining new distribution for our partners outstanding range of vapes, e-liquids and salts by building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers within the independent convenience retail sector. 5. Researching and identifying new distribution points through varied lead generation tactics
6. Building and nurturing close working relationships with independent retailers to drive sales of vapes, salts & e-liquid products
7. Driving brand equity through excellent instore activation and merchandising activity
8. Ensuring high levels of customer service
9. Managing your time and territory planning effectively to maximise productivity
10. Ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials:

11. A full driving license
12. Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions - this could be either internal or field sales experience.
13. You could be an estate agent, working in retail, a telesales executive or a current field sales person to apply
14. Keen to work in a fast-paced environment
15. Great team player with an outgoing personality
16. Manages time effectively to ensure high levels of productivity
17. Commercially minded with a desire to hit and exceed targets
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook)

WHAT WE OFFER:

19. Base Salary £28,500
20. Commission: 10% on top per year upon hitting targets
21. A range of other exciting incentives throughout the year
22. £5,000 car allowance

25. £40 per month wellbeing allowance
