Hays Cambridge is centrally located with excellent transport links, covering Cambridge, Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots, Wisbech, and the wider Peterborough and Cambridgeshire region. The office is led by an experienced team with a wealth of knowledge and long tenure at Hays.
There are three opportunities within the team:
* Temporary Consultant - Trades and Labour (Construction)
* Temporary Consultant - Accountancy & Finance
* Permanent Consultant - Accountancy and Finance
The Opportunity
We’re hiring for both our Accountancy and Finance and Construction and Property teams. We are open to entry‑level candidates, sales professionals looking to pivot their career and experienced recruitment consultants.
Responsibilities include:
* Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high‑quality candidates
* Making sales calls to prospective clients across the sector
* Building long term relationships with clients and candidates
* Managing the full recruitment process
* Developing specialist market knowledge
* Meeting targets and contributing to office growth
