Your new role We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our Manufacturing Team! This is a shift-based role, working Monday - Friday 6am to 2pm. This may include ad-hoc evening and weekends shifts. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing all cleaning and disinfection activities, working with both external contractors and RoslinCT’s internal teams to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleans are completed. Review cleaning forms, logbooks and other records weekly, and completed in accordance with Good Documentation Practice. Liaise with Supply Chain in respect of raw material requirements and planning. Maintain accurate stock control of cleaning equipment, inventory, and chemicals. Work closely with external contractors to adjust / align contract as appropriate due to business needs. Ensure all cleaning operations are carried out in line with RoslinCT’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Onboard and train new members of staff, and coordinate refresher trainings for existing staff. About you Proven experience in line management, with the ability to lead, support, and develop a team effectively. Hands-on experience in a cGMP cleanroom environment or a similar regulated, controlled setting. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and documentation. Excellent organisational and planning abilities, able to manage priorities, plan ahead, and consistently deliver to deadlines.
