We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while serving beverages and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive drinking experience.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering stock as needed.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
* Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanour towards guests.
* A passion for hospitality or willingness to learn new techniques.
* Shifts are on a weekly rota basis across Monday to Sunday
