About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is attracted to covering occasional shifts on a casual basis or for short term periods inour supported housing service in Guilford.

* Help residents with their support needs and with the practicalities of everyday living.
Shifts will mainly be weekend work - either 8am to 4pm or 3pm to 11pm and sleep in until 8am the next day.
About The Candidate

You Will Need To
* Be a confident and capable communicator
* Be able to build trusting, professional relationships
* Be able to help people to develop their skills, strengths and talents.
* Have good knowledge or experience of working with homeless people, and / or supporting vulnerable people or groups,
* Ideally participate in our on call rota as required, when engaged
