Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

As they continue to grow, our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join the team and support the ongoing CRM needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their Salesforce career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact on the business. You'll work alongside a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
* Maintain and update reports and dashboards to support business insights and performance tracking
* Assist with building, updating, and troubleshooting Flows (using Flow Builder) to support and improve business processes
* Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
* Support end users with training, queries, and issue resolution
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
* Monitor system usage and suggest best practices to improve adoption and efficiency
* Assist with data imports, clean-up tasks, and audits as needed
About You
* 1–2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
* Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is desirable
* Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (standard objects, page layouts, validation rules, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with report and dashboard creation
* Experience with Flow Builder for automations
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A keen interest in the media industry is a plus
