Deliver regular arrears and collections reporting to leadership and c-suite stakeholders. Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years' commercial real estate experience in an analytical role focused on collections. Hands-on experience with property management ERP systems, with Yardi preferred. Advanced Excel capability and experience developing reporting solutions using platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
