VP Complex Care has an exciting opportunity to join the company as a Field Care Manager. In this role, you will manage a variety of care packages and clients living in their own homes. You will also be responsible for recruiting new candidates for these packages.
Job Responsibilities:
* Rota management
* Risk assessment and care planning tailored to individual client needs
* Supervision and appraisal of staff
* Client visits, spot checks, and care reviews
* Development of new care packages from local authority and private case management companies
* Supporting compliance among field staff
* Motivating and encouraging team members
* Handling complaints and solving problems to maintain care quality
* Supporting staff professional development
* Effective communication with clients, families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
* Participating in on-call duties on a rota basis
* This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned by the Branch Manager or Managing Director.

Experience & Qualifications:
* Providing care management: 1 year (Required)
* NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care
* All staff will undergo DBS and reference checks
