Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Hybrid - Shoreditch, London, UK

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)



The Role

The Sole Supplier is the UK’s leading sneaker platform, connecting millions of people with the best sneakers and streetwear online. From breaking news to exclusive product content, we’re a trusted voice in street culture, helping our community stay ahead of the curve with everything from new releases to style inspiration.



With over 40 retail partners, a growing app audience, and an ever-expanding community, we’re building something that genuinely matters to our audience. And we need the right person to take real ownership of it. We already have an active community online. This role is about building on that, listening properly, and making sure they feel heard and genuinely part of The Sole Supplier.



We’re hiring a Community Executive to build and strengthen a real, active community across our app and social platforms - engaging Gen Z and Millennial men and women, sparking conversation and turning participation into long-term loyalty and value for both our audience and brand partners.



This role blends strategy with hands-on community work.

Our audience is active and engaged. This role is about strengthening that; giving people a proper place to connect, contribute and feel part of TSS, not just follow it.


We operate a hybrid working model; however, this role requires a minimum of three days per week in our Shoreditch office. Being on-site is important for attending industry events, networking and working collaboratively with our creative and marketing teams.


If you're unable to commit to working in London three days per week long term, this role may not be the right fit at this time.

You’ll be responsible for

Growing and retaining our audience by building a trusted, active community. One that keeps conversations going and builds genuine loyalty over time. The goal is simple: make the app somewhere people actually want to spend their time.


What You’ll Do

* Own day-to-day community engagement across app and social
* Start and keep conversations going with our community
* Build and manage a tiered ambassador strategy
* Develop our creator amplification strategy
* Identify, nurture and reward hyper-engaged community members in app and social
* Collaborate with editorial, paid, partnerships and product teams
* Feed community insights into content, product and brand strategy
* Track engagement, sentiment and behavioural signals to continuously improve the experience
* Represent The Sole Supplier in community spaces.


What We’re Looking For

You have:

* Experience managing and growing digital communities
* Strong cultural fluency: you understand how our audience communicate online
* A natural conversational style, people want to reply to you
* Experience working with creators, ambassadors or influencers
* Strong organisational skills and comfort working across multiple platforms


You are:

* Warm, curious and people-first
* Confident engaging publicly on behalf of a brand
* Comfortable balancing authenticity with brand responsibility
* Proactive, consistent and deeply plugged into culture
* Excited about community and letting it shape what we do


Bonus Points If You:

* Have worked in sneaker, fashion, streetwear or youth culture
* Have helped build ambassador or referral programmes
* Have experience connecting community content to commerce
* Enjoy being online with intention
