The Senior Facilities Manager role is responsible for the effective management of site delivery activities, key aspects of which are: Acting as the key customer interface and leadingthe engagement with Customers via key governance forums Management of sites within area of responsibility to ensure a culture of safety first, delivering value for money andexpertadvice Support to complex sitesthrough provision ofadviceand estate management solutions Support the planning and delivering of reactive repairs, maintenance, project delivery and hard and soft FM services. Providing a visible presence to ensure effective customer communication and timely stakeholder management. Acting as the escalation point for issues raised andfacilitatingresolutions forsignificant operational or service delivery issues. Contract manage key suppliers, monitoring performance and holding them to account where appropriate. Effectively manage all site risks, ensuring consistent and timely documentation on the SPRITe Risk Register with appropriate mitigation plans in place. Person specification Demonstrable Total Facilities Management experience in a technical and complex environment. Demonstrable experience of risk management Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management The successful candidate must obtain Developed Vetting clearance and this role is eligible for Sole UK Nationals only. Dual nationals are not eligible. Highly Desirable: The successful candidate should hold a Full UK Driving Licence due to travel between sites or should be willing to obtain this.
