About Amazon Global Selling
Amazon Global Selling aims to break down barriers, enabling third-party sellers worldwide to sell their products to customers in India. This role involves collaborating with multiple Amazon and external stakeholders to deliver a top-tier seller experience for new sellers and support existing sellers in expanding their business on Amazon India.
Role Objectives
The primary goal is to foster business growth for international sellers on Amazon India and to attract new sellers who offer competitive pricing and a broad product range.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, be capable of working independently, and comfortable navigating complex environments. They should influence external stakeholders, interact with technology systems, analyze data for actionable insights, and adapt to rapid changes and ambiguous situations. The candidate should also be adept at executing repeatable processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand Amazon Services' products and articulate their benefits to external audiences.
2. Negotiate deals and assist in onboarding with senior seller stakeholders.
3. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seller onboarding.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to set priorities and develop account targets aligned with category strategies.
5. Monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance, ensuring productivity and seller satisfaction targets are met.
Basic Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience
* Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
* Experience in e-commerce
* Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization
