Main responsibilities : Reporting : National Account Manager reports directly into the Group MD working closely with a small-knit team. Tasks : Relationships : manage and grow customer relationships nationally. Strategy : develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term growth of sales targets across all districts / branches of your list of well-established accounts. Networking : focus on building trusting and solid relationships, networking and ensuring you get in front of as many decision makers as possible - HQ central purchasing, local engineering,project teams etc. The candidate profile: Experience and background : currently a Sales Executive, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Manager looking for the chance to make your mark in a small and dynamic business. experience growing customer accounts (preferably gas or waternetworks), in gas or water components (e.g. valves, pipes, fittings etc). Skills: highly enthusiastic and energetic sales professional, with demonstrable experience implementing your sales strategy in an agile SME environment. highly customer focused, a natural networker who thrives on building relationships and gaining maximum exposure to your accounts. You will be covering accounts nationally, with a flexible WFHbase.
