NQ Corporate Solicitor
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
I'm currently working with a highly respected international law firm who are looking to add a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor to their Belfast team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm renowned for handling complex, high-value corporate transactions for world-class clients across multiple jurisdictions.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, reorganisations, capital markets, and cross-border transactions. You'll be working closely with experienced lawyers and project teams across the firm's global network, gaining invaluable experience early in your career.

The Role
5. Assisting on major corporate and commercial matters, including large-scale due diligence projects and drafting legal documentation.
6. Collaborating with lawyers, legal project managers, and tech specialists across multiple offices worldwide.
7. Helping to manage project processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients internationally.
What They're Looking For
9. A qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
10. Ideally some experience in corporate or commercial law, though newly qualified candidates from other areas will be considered.
11. A proactive, commercially aware team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.
12. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn from leading experts in the field.
