About Busy Bees Eastbourne
Our purpose‑built, Ofsted Good nursery is designed to inspire both children and educators:

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

* Create a Safe, Stimulating SpaceSet up exciting learning environments and prepare engaging resources that spark curiosity and support every child’s development.
* Lead Fun & Meaningful LearningPlan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that nurture children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth – all guided by the EYFS.
* Be a Key Person Who Truly CaresBuild strong, nurturing relationships with your key children, support their individual needs, track their progress, and work closely with families every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for enthusiastic, caring people who love early years as much as we do:
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
* Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood development
* Great communication skills, strong organisation, and confidence applying child development knowledge to plan inspiring activities
* A positive, team‑focused attitude with a big heart for little learners
