Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Developer Services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments to access vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
You'll report directly to the Head of Operations; the Operations Manager and their team ensure the timely delivery, quality, HSE, and compliance with Scottish Water’s established specifications and procedures.
You'll lead the integrated project teams to safely deliver the portfolio of projects in line with Scottish Water and CWA expectations.
You'll monitor, review and deliver on commercial expectations and quality standards, and be the health and safety champion for the programme of works.
We'll need you to be responsible for sustainable reduction in delivery costs to bring the required efficiencies on the programme, ensuring alignment with Scottish Water’s vision through delivery of the contract while building and developing relationships with the team.
You'll be a key contributor to the delivery vehicle strategy to ensure sustainable performance and secure contract extension.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
* Do you have previous experience at senior project management level in a similar environment?
* Can you demonstrate your experience of delivering large portfolios of projects, ideally with an annual value of up to £25M?
* Do you have knowledge of the water, construction or utilities industry?
* Are you someone who has a strong health and safety focus?
