Lovely Pear are looking for an experienced member of staff to join our team. We are a busy cafe looking for an enthusiastic, confident and hard working individual. We are looking for someone who can work primarily front of house ideally with experience making coffee to a high standard. We need someone who also has experience as a chef/kitchen assistant who would be comfortable helping in the kitchen when needed. We have shifts available 3-4 days per week - these days will be between Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed Sunday - Tuesday. If you are a competent baker there is also the option of a prep/bake shift when we are closed on Mondays.
This position could also suit an experienced chef who is looking to make the move to front of house.
Staff meals are provided on shift. All shifts are daytime only. Equal share of tips. Fun, fast paced working environment.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Interacting with customers
* Making coffee and other hot drinks to a consistent high standard
* Pot washing
* Cooking and plating up dishes in the kitchen
* Food prep
* Taking out food & drinks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
