This role involves team engagement, service compliance, and direct customer support to ensure safe and effective care in line with CQC standards. What you will be doing: Providing support in customer homes and support best practices in person-centered care. Service Support: Promote and implement care policies and procedures to maintain safe service delivery. Administer medication in line with national guidelines, ensuring safe administration and storage. Customer Support: Deliver person-centered care and provide direct care when required. Maintain regular contact with customers, respond to emergencies, and evaluate welfare needs. Engage customers in service design and delivery, incorporating their feedback.
