Delivery & Candidate Manager - Remote Employment Type: Open to full or part time (full time with a fixed half day off every week) Salary: Competitive Commission Do you work in recruitment looking to work remotely with a business that has established clients across Scotland? As a result, we are now operating on a fully remote basis and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can thrive in that environment. This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their desk and is comfortable managing their day without close supervision. How We Work: Fully remote working. Flexible structure built around delivery rather than hours at a desk. Warm client base and repeat business. Supportive team environment with regular catch ups. Focus on conversations and placements, not call targets. The Role: You will manage a 360 desk within the construction and property sector, working with established clients and candidates across Scotland and the wider UK market. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining client relationships. Managing live vacancies and candidate processes. Providing market insight and hiring advice. Developing your own desk and network over time. Delivering a professional and consultative service. This Role Will Suit You If: You have previous experience in a recruitment role. You are self motivated and organised. You enjoy relationship based recruitment. You are comfortable working from home full time. You prefer trust and autonomy over heavy KPI environments. This role may be less suited if: You prefer a highly structured day with close supervision. You enjoy fast paced, transactional recruitment rather than relationship based work.
