The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a cover supervisor.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Confident communication and organisational abilities.
