Senior Project Manager – AV – Major Projects (Full‑time, Permanent)
Location: London or Sunbury‑upon‑Thames (hybrid working available)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of all commercial facets of Audio‑Visual projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
* Take full responsibility for commercial and contractual obligations on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and forecast invoicing throughout the portfolio.
* Communicate project progress and status internally and with the client.
* Manage project scheduling and staffing, coordinating in‑house and sub‑contracted labour.
* Oversee project site managers, installers, commissioning leads, programmers and ensure project schedules are adhered to.
* Ensure final documentation packages (e.g. O & M manuals, Record Information Packs, etc.) are prepared and contract close‑out occurs in a timely manner.
* Travel to project/customer sites as required.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience delivering main contractor‑led projects.
* Proven technical knowledge of Project Managing specifically in the AV‑integration industry.
* Ability to interface well with clients and co‑workers and lead subordinate staff effectively.
* Confident presenter and chair of meetings – leading coordination of AV activities throughout the project life‑cycle.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying levels of value and complexity.
* Well organised, with attention to detail and meticulous planning skills.
* Procore & ServiceNow experience desired but not essential (training given).
* Prince2/PMP qualification or equivalent desirable.
