We are actively working towards achieving CQC accreditation and are supported by an external management company to streamline the process. We're seeking a passionate and experienced manager to help us grow and maintain excellence in care.
Role Overview:
As our Domiciliary Care Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing operations, with a primary focus on reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance and readiness for CQC accreditation. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review company policies and procedures in line with CQC standards.
* Collaborate with our external management support team to facilitate accreditation.
* Manage day-to-day care operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Lead and support a small team in a positive, appreciative work culture.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and CQC accreditation processes.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
