Hybrid working in London (min. 2-3 days a week)
We’re looking for a detail‑driven, data‑savvy CRM Executive to support the delivery of engaging, targeted customer communications across email, SMS, push and more. If you love getting into the nuts and bolts of CRM — building segments, setting up journeys, checking campaigns and diving into performance data — this is a great opportunity to level up your experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
* Build and refine audience segments using behavioural, lifecycle and transactional data.
* Help set up automated and BAU journeys, ensuring flawless QA and smooth delivery.
* Work closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with wider brand plans.
* Assist with reporting: pulling KPIs, analysing performance and spotting opportunities to improve retention, repeat rate and engagement.
* Work with HTML templates and creative assets to support email build and content updates.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a CRM, digital marketing or retention‑focused role.
* Ideally, experience within Luxury, Fashion, Retail, Jewellery or Beauty — or any consumer brand where loyalty and high‑touch experiences matter.
* Comfortable working with segmentation, personalisation and CRM data.
* Familiarity with ESPs — bonus points for Braze.
* Great attention to detail, an organised mindset and confidence juggling multiple deadlines.
* A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from senior CRM team members.
