The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the team and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will take ownership of facilitating all recruitment activities across a team of 5+ members, working closely with relevant stakeholders, the account team, and the Delivery Manager to ensure successful recruitment for the client and alignment with the overall business strategy.
Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity; distribute roles, manage SLA’s, coverage, and ensure tasks are completed timely.
Lead daily scrum meetings to monitor roles, drive the team against SLA’s, and provide regular business updates.
Guide the team through daily workloads, develop and mentor each individual, and conduct regular development sessions.
Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
Manage data integrity, quality, and all recruitment activities via our internal CRM system.
Perform various ad hoc reporting tasks.
Monitor SLA’s and coverage closely, addressing areas of concern promptly.
Lead by example, embodying the organisation’s vision and values through operational excellence, professionalism, and high standards of work.
Train and upskill team members.
Drive redeployment initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications Needed
The ideal candidate would have:
Must come from an IT or/and Tech background
Immaculate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in challenging environments
Leadership experience with the ability to execute a pre-defined strategy
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Enjoy working within a team environment
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot potential issues
Proactive approach to process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
