Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Sales Administrator who combines strong administrative skills with direct sales performance. This hybrid role involves managing office sales support tasks while actively engaging with customers to drive sales, close deals, and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform direct sales activities, including contacting leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales.
* Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing product information and sales support.
* Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and delivery notes.
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and track sales progress.
* Assist in achieving team sales targets and report on sales performance.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing sales materials.
* Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment processing.
* Monitor stock levels related to sales and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach, building and sustaining client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in office administration combined with direct sales experience.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
* Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to generating and closing sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
