Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for education and financial excellence? Join our dynamic and growing academy trust as a Regional Finance Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our secondary schools to deliver outstanding outcomes for students.
About the Role
As a key member of our finance team, you will:
* Partner with school leaders to provide expert financial guidance and strategic support.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple secondary academies.
* Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive decision-making and resource optimisation.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and trust-wide policies.
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping schools balance educational priorities with financial sustainability.
What We're Looking For
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or finalist with relevant experience.
* Proven track record in financial business partnering, ideally within education or public sector.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
