Your new role
We have the opportunity of a Subsidiary Governance Manager to join our client’s team in London. The team works on hybrid working basis and are also open to remote opportunities.
* Contract Length: 12 months
* Daily rate: Between £450.00 and £500.00 Umbrella (Inside IR35)
* Hours: 37.5 hours
Role Purpose
As a Subsidiary Governance Manager, you will be providing high-quality, timely and professional support to the team and key stakeholder, ensuring the delivery of an excellent company secretarial service. You will be supporting all governance matters, designing and implementing governance standards and templates to support consistent application of the framework across markets and functions.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Strong technical knowledge of the UK Companies Act, best practice in subsidiary governance and Corporate Governance Code.
* Experience working in a large organisation
* Proven experience in managing complex governance projects, ensuring delivery of time and quality across competing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Blueprint OneWorld.
