Spectrum Vessel Services own and operate five crew transfer vessels that operate in the offshore renewable and cables sectors.
All Spectrum vessels have been purposefully modified to accommodate a survey capability that does not impact their original design to conduct safe, fast, comfortable transport and transfer of personnel and cargo to offshore assets.
Provide a high standard of service throughout the entire process of transferring technicians and vessel survey operations
Conduct and lead necessary onboard training
Lead emergency preparedness onboard, including regular drills, emergency response planning, and ensuring compliance with maritime safety regulations.
Conduct and document regular inspections and maintenance of the vessel in line with established procedures, including monitoring the high standards of housekeeping throughout the vessel.
Monitor weather conditions, conduct passage planning, and assess operational risks before each transfer to ensure safe and efficient voyages.
Foster a strong safety culture onboard and ensure familiarity for all crew and passengers with all safety equipment, protocols, instructions, and facilities.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (MARPOL) by managing waste disposal, monitoring fuel efficiency, and preventing pollution at sea.
Perform any additional ad hoc tasks as needed to effectively fulfil your role
