Key Responsibilities: Lead with Vision: Identify and specify project opportunities while delivering on contractual commitments for secured projects. Drive Strategic Growth: Capitalize on opportunities to enhance project development, boosting turnover and profitability. Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent. Proven track record in Project Management, particularly in Office Fit-out projects. Strong team player with excellent client-facing abilities. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, IT, security, and plumbing installations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Demonstrated analytical skills, judgment, and initiative.
