Apprentice Administrator

The role will be the support a busy recruitment team, giving you a fantastic opportunity to start your career in HR. You will be a team player, committed to helping us achieve our ambition to become an 'Employer of Choice'. This is a rewarding role where you will be supported by a great team.
Main duties of the job
You will be supported to develop excellent organisational skills learning about maintaining and developing administrative support systems,managing correspondence and communications to and from the department.

Person Specification
Training & Qualifications
* Functional skills level 1 in English, Maths and ICT
* English and Maths GCSE Level C or above
* QCF in business administration level 1 or customer care or equivalent
Experience
* Previous experience of working within an administrative setting is desirable in either a paid or voluntary capacity but not essential.
Communication and Relationship Skills
* Able to provide information to manager and colleagues (orally and electronically) as required and answers routine queries from staff/customers.
* Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers both face to face and in writing.
* Able to take telephone calls in a professional manner and following up actions as set out in own role.
Analytical and Judgement Skills
* Able to make judgements involving straightforward facts or situations.
* Able to make judgments concerning own work.
Planning and Organisation Skills
* Able to organise own day to day work tasks or activities when workload is allocated.
